​​​Cheree Roberts has an extensive animal care background. Her career with them includes 15 years at the Kansas City Zoo. While there she supervised the hospital and quarantine personnel, assisted the lead veterinarian in all procedures and hand reared numerous animals across a wide range of native and exotic species.


In 2008 she began training with Joan Armstrong.  She enjoys training and titling her working line German Shepherds in K9 Nose Work, AKC Rally, Tricks, Obedience and Tracking.  


Cheree is a certified instructor for Control Unleashed designed by Leslie McDevitt to "help dogs with issues". And a certified instructor for  Connection, Cooperation, Control TM, developed by Cindy Knowlton & Suzanne Clothier.  She is also a Karen Pryor Puppy Start Right Instructor graduate, a professional member of APDT and a certified professional dog trainer through CCPDT, a member of the Pet Professional Guild (No Pain, No Force, No Fear) and a supporting member of IAABC.  Cheree continues to expand her knowledge by attending numerous seminars and classes in behavior and  training.  She offers private behavior consultation and  training, is an instructor at Dog Days Dog Training in Vancouver, WA and teaches reactive dog classes and various companion dog classes. She has a special interest in helping puppies get off to a great start and training aggressive and fearful dogs and their people.
